This song title has always made me wonder why the name? Like a sound frequency or something like that, but i think ive come up with the link.
Revelations 14 mentions 114000 people on mount zion, who heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of thunder. Only the 114000 people could learn the song.
Toby if you've come up with this then your a pure genius mate. And if comes the end of the world i sure hope there playing 114K on mount zion, what a way to go.

I think you may be the first person to make that connection, congrats! Now, what about 887?

According to wikipedia, 887 was when Charles the Fat was deposed from the Carolingian Empire. For eating all the pies no doubt!

useless fact: the A887 runs off the side of Loch Ness @ Invermoriston up Glen Moriston to the middle of nowhere... ;-)

;) 887's puzzled me too, its the distance from the sun to saturn in millions of miles, and also the diameter of jupiter in 88700 miles. But i guess only the potatoe knows.

I've got it!!

Its obviously from the general assembly of Pennsylvania.. house bill number 887... :

Prisoners of war.--A former prisoner of war shall be entitled to purchase a resident hunting license at the cost of $1 PLUS THE CURRENT ISSUING FEE upon application to the commission. An application under this subsection shall contain the same information as is required for other resident hunting..

it all makes so much more sense now... now what about creme egg?

Why oh why do i still think about this??? but listened to LTTL and it started again! bumps the thread again

In 1896, Yorkshire hit up a still-standing County Championship record total of 887 runs against Warwickshire.

"why you still crying"
because Yorkshire are so good at cricket :)
