Alas, Jake Stephenson (Optic Eye, Alien Mutation, Shamanic Tribes On Acid, etc) has died. He passed away about a week ago. He was epileptic, but had managed to live with this condition. Last week it seems he had two very strong fits close together, resulting in, it appears, a heart attack. He will be sadly missed. A new release (I don't know the title or nom-de-plume) is very soon to be released.

Andy G of Dead Earnest Records and CDS has posted an appreciation page, which will be updated as new thoughts come in from Jake's many friends and admirers.
