Sorry Boo, Dingwalls will be a special one-off reunion, none of the other shows coming up will work with that set-up.

As you guessed Ted will be there playing drums, as will Ash the bass player from the 5-piece and 3-piece live line-ups, and Larry the sax/flute/wind-synth player. Also appearing will be Maya Preece, singer on We All Know The Truth and also on 2 tracks on the new album. I'm hoping there will be one or two rather special others too but can't confirm yet.

Damn the timing on this is pretty bad as I'll be both all gigged out (Massive Attack [twice, for pleasure], Pete Doherty [for work]) and all photographed out as it's London Open House all weekend. But I live in Camden so think I can pump myself up on enough Red Bull to make it!

Ted you might remember me. I ran (run!) a Banco site (http://banco.gavinstok.com ... was http://banco.org.uk/ back then), we've swapped emails many times over some of its content, and I met you in London circa 2002.

Toby you should hopefully remember me! Last saw you in my home town of Melbourne.

Happy to meet up with either/both of you before or during the gig.

Ted, sounds good. Not sure I have your email address anymore but if you like drop me a note to banco@gavinstok.com and I'll reply with my mobile number.

Toby, thanks for the email.

Cheers,

Hi Nick and ALL who could not make it to London

Well what can I say, It was a brilliant night and the show was very special indeed.

Toby was joined on stage by Myself for the 1st song Echoes, which was great to play live for the 1st time.

Second song was Tempra and this featured just Toby and Maya Preece on vocals and wow she has an amazing voice.

Next up was Toby, Maya and myself to play Starless which was superb.

Then it was time to get Toby, Ash, Larry and myself to play Celestine followed by Amber.

It was the 1st time that Ash and Larry had played with Toby in nearly 12 years and they just came onstage and played like it was just last week, THEY WHERE SUPERB

The 1st set lasted about 1 hour and I could have played forever ... It was just great to be back onstage with the MASTER

The second set was Toby on his own and it was amazing

So all in all you missed a stunning night

Ted's nicely covered the details - unfortunately I had to leave shortly before the 2nd set ended.

Always great to hear Banco tracks with live drums (thanks Ted!) and Ash & Larry sounded in fine form.

Thanks Toby!

Thank you so much! I was thinking about the gig all Sunday nights so if it ever does get released I'll be ecstatic!
