Hi people!!! I was wondering what has happened to the four free downloads of remixes that wouldn't fit on 10 Years Remixed? One of the tracks was remixed by Temple Hedz and following a PC swap at work I've found myself with a lovely new PC with no tunes on it!! :( So are they still lurking on the site somewhere?? Also, because I think they're great, any chance of Temple Hedz being added to the 'friends' bit of the download section. Their album is well worth a listen! :) If anyone is reading this and hasn't heard 'em check out www.templehedz.co.uk and go into the 'music' section. For each of the releases there is a long snippet or a full length MP3 to download!!! :) I finally got to see 'em live at the Beatherder Festival. Great festival despite the rain. Temple Hedz were on the Friday before the deluge began and were brilliant. Afraid we missed them at Beat-Herder as we only got there on the Saturday afternoon. Shame cos I managed to miss them at Glastonbury the weekend before too! Will make a point of catching them at Solfest though and maybe Off The Tracks, although that's by no means a certainty. Always good to bump into Ted anyways. Listened to the album on the way to work this morn, looking forward to Solfest!! Tort - We had BH tickets but had to bail out due to family commitments...next year tho...:o)
I couldn't remember whether you said you were going or not when we spoke at the Trades the other weekend. I could have relieved you of your tickets if I'd have known :o( Enjoy WOYD. I reckon that's a must for next year. Just a shame we'd already got Lovebox tickets before we realised they clashed.

After a festival free weekend this week I'm all fired up for Solfest and ready to party like it's 1973 :o) As well as Temple Hedz, Subgiant are playing Sunday according to their website. Keep an eye out for them if you haven't had the pleasure before.
Not to mention OTT at the end of August with Temple Hedz, Eat Static and Dreazone...........anybody else going?
Afraid I'm missing the late OTT for the first time since 2001. Gutted cos it's probably their best line up ever! :o(
Hey Blueboy! I'll be attending OTT, first time I've been to this festival, the setting always looked a bit naff from what I could see in photos (concrete yard/ beer garden ?) But the line up swung it for me this time (and at least if we are dancing in rain we'll not be dancing in mud!??) Any other fave tips from the line up? Cheers!
Dont be put off by the pics, this is a great little festie so do not mock until you have tried it, you will love it, but dont tell everyone because we wouldn't want to spoil something special would we.............btw how will I know you? I'm a grey, short haired git and I'll be wearing a Temple Hedz or David Byrne t-shirt - please introduce yourself! I'll be there Friday night...............
Blueboy - Well I was going to wear MY Temple Hedz t-shirt!! How embarrassing to turn up to the party wearing the same outfit as someone else!!! :) I'll email you later when I finish work! :) Anyone else attending then?? And what is the capacity of OTT Festie? Later!

GG if you want a flavour of OTT you're more than welcome to have a peak at my photo blogs from the last few years & also the Spring event in 2007 where the set up is slightly different & if anything it's even smaller. You'll find them all at www.pbase.com/tort/festivals. Don't let the courtyard setting put you off. The farmyard buildings are all very old, rustic & lovely & make a great setting for the late night jam sessions. I also hope to have the photos from Solfest online over the next day or two.
