Can I use your music?

I am in work on CG animation short film and your composition "144k" from "The Magical Sounds Of Banco De Gaia" (1999) will be best sound track for my movie. But I culdn't use your composition as sound track without your acception. Animation short will be released under Creative Common free for non commercial use license. And of course I'll say in title who made this wonderful music.
