As well as all the albums and singles right back to 1993 we have a number of new and special-release items, including:
ECHOES. This is the full length (22 minute) version of the Pink Floyd classic (recorded by Banco in 2007), now available for the first time.
AMBIENT DUB. All the Banco tracks from the seminal early 90's 'Ambient Dub' compilation series, including the rare 'Soufie' and little-known remixes of 'Desert Wind' and 'Lai Lah'.
THE SINGLE REMIXES. The name says it all, all 24 remixes from all the singles from 1993 onwards, including a never before released version of 'Drunk As A Monk' featuring Neil Sparkes (Temple of Sound, Loungeclash, ex-Transglobal Underground) and other rarities.
10 YEARS REMIXED. Released on CD and vinyl some years ago but never released as download until now.
We're also going to add releases we love by other artists somehow associated with Banco in the 'Friends and Influences' section. Lots more to be added there so keep checking back. And more to come in the future too including plans for some live recordings from various periods and maybe some new collaborations with other artists as well as any gems we can dig up from the archives.
Technical info: All files are MP3 encoded at minimum 192kbps Variabe Bit Rate using LAME encoder. If that doesn't mean anything to you then don't worry, just take our word for it that it is a much higher quality audio file than most commercial sites offer and compatible with all MP3 players/software.
